Close to the beach but small Small and under construction very disappointed very noisy and the entrance thing bathe beach was far. Construction workers walking all around

Terrible Our flight to Cancun was delayed so we called Expedia knowing we wouldn't get to the resort until 1am and as only staying one night didn't seem at all worth it originally gettinfin in at 6pm. Expedia said they couldn't contact resort so we bought 599 usd one way tickets to Cancun from Mexico City so we could make our hotel booking because would have worked out the same to stay at hotel in Mexico City when we arrived at the resort at 1am everything was shut I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do l... read more
Not what I expected First staff is friendly but room was not ready at check in time. Food is terrible and very little selection. Rooms are clean but beds are not comfortable also I booked a king size and got a full size bed. Hotel is not the worse but won't be coming back
Great location, outdated hotel Had 3 different rooms. First one was not what we booked. We booked for a double bed, they tried to give us 1 bed and a sofa bed on the first floor. Second room has a sign of wet paint at the door and smells. Third room, was on the third floor overlooking the tent like contraption facing the parking lot. Can hear the restaurant noise from below. Small hotel and not many selection for food. Very pushy to sell their package. Will not go back this hotel.
The place is run down and the staff not helpful. Avoid this place. It is not a resort . It's more like a dirty motel.
Tyckte inte om detta hotell. Vi anlände sent och hungriga. Enda maten som fanns tillgänglig var en hemsk buffé med väldigt lite utbud. Frukosten var okej men inga andra ställen än inne i frukost restaurangen kunde man få tag i kaffe tidigt på morgonen. Efter nån timma på solstolarna vid stranden fick vi tillsägelse att vi låg på "VIP" avdelningens solstolar och var tvugna att flytta. Had fun but could've been better We had a great time. The property description is a little misleading as there are really only 2 restaurants on site. The buffet outdoors with the evening show was fun and the staff at the pool do a great job! The pool bartenders were great but it closes at 6 and after 6 the only place to get a drink is the lobby bar. The sales push for time shares can be a bit annoying. Bad hotel experience Tv and fridge did not work in our room when we checked in. One restaurant did not let us eat there because we did no had a reservation, even though we had the all inclusive package and the restaurant was empty. none wanted to offer services since we are a young couple until we started tipping the waiters.
