Sisters Getaway The whole experience in the hotel was awful. They only had one buffet and one dine-in restaurant, and one buffet event outside which tasted the same as the buffet inside the restaurant only it's out door. The dine-in restaurant was the same food every night. It was so bad we ended eating out every night. We barely stayed in the hotel to enjoy the amenities like the other hotels I've heard. Not worth your buck for Cancun experience.
Will never stay here again and will not recommend. Check in room was not as described. Housekeeping clean when we checked in but then was not cleaned for 2 days and then they left dirty towels in the bathroom after putting up clean ones. Fridge was not stocked daily as advertised. A/C did not work properly had to call maintenance twice. Food was horrible and if you didn't make reservations to have dinner there you ate outside in a hot tent. Terrible hotel. When we got there we were told it was mandatory to attend a timeshare presentation. If we didn't go we would be charged an additional $110 per person per night. It was like being held hostage. The food was terrible and the air conditioning sucked, as did the food. The pictures of the pool on the website were not the pool on site.
Mediocre service Was our second time there , and need really enhance a lot in food quality. And do a better job in front desk, they force us to wait 4 hours until 4 p.m. toget room keys because they argument is at 4p.m. the time in ,and not at 1 p.m. like you tell in your mail NEED HONORING ALL COMPROMISES THEY HAVE WITH ALL CUSTOMER .
Great location but all inclusive doesnt feel fulfilled Positives: Great Location, all inclusive is accessible at all locations in the hotel zone. Beach is awesome!! Negatives: No 24 hour room service, we were told we would not have to pay for anything except spa treatments and ended up paying for a bottle of wine at dinner which we were not too happy with. Avoid at all costs! Dreadful hotel This hotel was possible the worst resort I have ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty... We flipped the cushion and there were public hairs!!! The food was so bad that I ate salads the entire time and I'm not picky with my food. No entertainment at the pool and the staff was not welcoming at all. Service was really bad... Just Avoid this place if you'd like to enjoy cancun
NICE FOR THE PRICE I spent 4 nights here a few weeks ago. I received a special price in exchange for attending their timeshare program sales pitch. Considering I paid under $600.00 for 2 people (4 nights) for an all-inclusive plan, it was not that bad. Would I do it again? NO. I would much rather pay a little extra, and stay at a nicer resort. what you see is not what you get I found the Sunset to be a disappointment. The room that we booked was not the room recieved and when questioned I was told that that happens all the time and they could do nothing to fix the problem. I was told that I should just be happy with what I got coz there were worse rooms in the hotel. Service at the restaurants was just o.k. no one seemed to go out of their way to please.
