The vehicle was not washed or detailed as stated. The other dealerships we use always wahes the car and gives a paper checking off everything that they inspect with ratings. Like battery, good brakes good. Your the only dealership that doesn't do either of those things. Customer service rep is always polite and curteous. I give him a 5 star.

A communication difficulty occurred when I brought my F-150 in for the scheduled TSB of the transmission. The SVC person whom I worked with was no longer employed by Surprise Ford in AZ, and all of the knowledge of the transmission discrepancies were fired with him. I had to give the whole story of the last 5 years again (intermittent bucking and slipping of the trans -now 45k miles). Service was to rotate tires and complete two factory recalls. Service lasted 1.5 days for 2 hours of actual work time- the way it is at dealers these days.

Surprise Ford uses "bait and switch". Advertised an oil change for $59. Charged $98. This is the second time they overcharged for advertised services, Never Again!

Recall work on my Ford Explorer. Took two days to complete the work. Kinda a pain when it's our only car.

Our salesperson was good I feel like everything was shady 1) finance lied about the 3/36,000 warranty being bumper to bumper. I asked if it was and was told no. . After I got home I did some research and that is what a manufacturer warranty basically is. 2) we were supposed to get LoJack but never got a working code and were told "the car was discounted so much that it wasn't included". I 3) after a month and a half the ford pass points for new car purchase still haven't been added.

During the inspection they failed to notice a piece of trim was falling off. When I tried to get it fixed they didn't want to replace it even though it had clearly broken. They said just gluing it in place was better than repairing it with a new piece and riveting it back like it was supposed to be. They said with the Arizona heat, gluing the broken piece would last longer than replacing with a new piece and riveting it in place like it was originally.
My experience was okay, the service guy was real nice, but after waiting 3 hours to have my new key set up with my car, I left and it didn't work. so I was wondering what the heck they did for 3 hours. That was terrible. I had to come back and wait another hour. this is after paying for the key and had to reach out because he forgot to call me

My whole day spent there was ruined by the F&I department trying to get more money tacked on to the sales price, including several attempts to blame higher than agreed interest rate and sales price on "the computer generates those numbers". Look at every number they show you and don't sign anything with a number until you check it.
