Odd and confusing. My salesperson, Lauren was attentive and helpful, however, I did not get the impression that management was connected up with or helpful to her in facilitating a sale to me. I wanted to look at 2 Ford Flex suvs. We did drive one but it had heavy fragrance inside and I had to reject it. The other Flex had JUST arrived and was awaiting inspection. Surprise Ford is owned by same owners as ABC Nissan. They do a great job performing Zaktek warranty maintenance so I do not have to drive to East Valley. Thanks
