Staff did a great job correcting the window issues.
Surprise Ford has done a great job. Specifically my service advisor Evan. I am very particular about the maintenance of my truck and Evan has been very good at communicating what was done and what needs to be done.

The 50K service was done satisfactorily. However, I forgot that I had the 50K service done last year and Surprise Ford service rep did not tell me that, even though my Ford Edge service records is in their computer system. I am very disappointed that with this oversight.
