The service was performed while I waited. Last time they couldn't rotate the tires because the lug nuts were damaged and out of spec. This time, miraculously, they were fine and the tire rotation could be completed. The service statement said they checked the battery and it was GOOD. I left the dealership and stopped at a carwash. The car wouldn't start. I got a jump start and went directly to Autozone where they tested the battery and it was bad. (5 year old battery). Was not advised about needing to replace rear shock absorber and about the open recall for my fusion for the brake hose.

check your records and papers tried to charge me for a new battery when old battery was still under warranty (installed by them)

Poor service and I wont be going back. I had some issues with my AC and that was the main reason for the service but I thought since my Bronco was going to be there Id have them change the AC and rotate the tires. Upon arrival they had no notation of the AC service and said I would have to leave it with them for 8 days before it could even be looked at. Not the "service" I was expecting. I usually have good experience bringing in my old F-150 for standard maintenance at Surprise Ford. I brought in my truck for a standard oil change but had to leave it overnight because they were apparently "really busy", even though the garage was empty when I dropped it off at 12:30 pm. The service advisor said that someone would call me when it was ready the next day. No one called. Terrible! No communication. I had to almost beg to buy a car. No follow up. They stole my trade from me by confusing me with the numbers. I feel so taken advantage. Engine problems - oil leak- door locks dont work. No safety was completed on the car. Rear tires not legal with low tread. My anger has become sadness. Never again. Wish I could have the liars shut down

Horrible service and bad management. Provided bad info on recall causing me an unnecessary trip, failed to initially provide service statement and after demanding service statement lied on the statement about performing multi-point inspection!

The service took, while I waited, over 2 hours. The same service at Mike White Ford take just over an hour. In addition, I could see where they did the tire rotation. The techs did not get a secure lift location on the frame and as they started to lift my truck the drivers side violently slipped down and they had to try again. Somebody could have gotten hurt. The wash job was a joke. The service tech was a very nice man.
