My service rep horrible, car sat there 3 days no work done to it. Very poor service. Had to drive there to get a few things done to it. Picked up car monday with check engine light still on. Called, nobody cared no follow up no we apologize

my repairs for "check engine" light, and "passenger airbag" light has cost me $10k - more than the car is worth. Guess I'm stuck with it for a while, now. The check engine light prevented me from passing the "emissions" test.

The manner in which this dealership processed the recall for my 2017 Ford Fusion was incompetent. The time it took Ford to get the necessary parts to the dealership, supply chain issue supposedly, was not the dealership's issue but the incompetent recall process certainly was. Went in for an oil change and came out with my steering wheel not centered and alignment off

The service adviser was super polite. However this was the third attempt to straighten the steering wheel. I was directed toward the service manager. He was rude. When hes proven wrong, which isnt hard to do, he raises his voice and gets argumentative.

Zero communication. We had to call and have another rep assist (Ray, he is great) with repairs that needed to be done. Didnt get the recall done, didnt get the AC looked at. We had an APPT but was told due to the amount of vehicles coming in it would take a week to diagnose. Again we had an APPT, so what we requested should be worked in to said appointment. Should not be surprised as we always have issues here. Disappointing to say the least.

Poor service, paid for air and rotation, that was not done. Sloppy oil change, extra oil on manifold, no oil sticker, computer oil change was not reset. Very poor experience.
