You sign a scribbled on paper that says they will give you 24k for your trade in. Then when you get another paper and another paper and another paper shoved so fast in to your face and your signing...somewhere the numbers change and they don't honor that trade in and you lose over 5k somewhere. I have never had this happen at any other dealership. That's some shady sneaky stuff. Signed a paper saying we would pay this price for the truck to sign another one saying another amount.

Showed up for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting two hours the service technician came out and told me that they were short staffed and it would be another two hours. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I took it to Jiffy Lube and Discount Tire. Jiffy lube was under 1/2 an hour and Discount Tire was about 1/2 an hour. It was $10 more but my time has to be worth something. It should be a half an hour job. Rotate the tires while the oil is draining. Disappointing.
The service advisor was very good, He explained what had to be performed to find the problem with the radio memory. I just purchsed the Explorer and the sales department refused to cover the repair, not very happy with them. Sales department gets a big fat ZERO.

Brand new vehicle, less than 1k miles and was told an alignment would take 24-48 hours After calling them on their timeline BS it took 3 hours. Was told the alignment was complete, but the car pulled to the right with the steering wheel crooked in the opposite direction (the reason for the visit). Then I was told the machine was broke, but the tech eye bladed it.

The service was performed while I waited. Last time they couldn't rotate the tires because the lug nuts were damaged and out of spec. This time, miraculously, they were fine and the tire rotation could be completed. The service statement said they checked the battery and it was GOOD. I left the dealership and stopped at a carwash. The car wouldn't start. I got a jump start and went directly to Autozone where they tested the battery and it was bad. (5 year old battery).
