Took my truck in fo a tune up, when I picked it up the radio had a clicking noise and static. I took it back, they couldn't figure what was wrong. They did fix it but only lasted for a day.
Bad customer service and still trying to resolve my issues. Do not buy a car from here!!!

Panoramic sun roof cracked following previous recall to replace seal. Dealer claimed it was damaged during our regular driving and wouldn't replace it under warranty.We believe it was a stress fracture as there were no obvious chip marks. The Mach-E on-line blog reported similar problems. Doubt we'll buy from Ford again.
Failed to properly balance tires and failed to find noise in front tires while backing up. As bad still!

I wished I could give my experience with Surprise Ford 0 stars. They lied and they made me pay for a service that should have been covered under my recall. I will never go back to Surprise Ford. I would recommend everyone take their vehicles to Rodeo Ford in Goodyear, Arizona. They have superior service and great customer service. Avoid Surprise Ford at all costs. They will rip you off.

Surprise Ford takes forever to diagnose and fix your car. It took almost 2 weeks for them to get to my car to fix it even after I made an appointment a week before coming into the dealer. Never an explanation of why it takes so long and I don't see how they think this is ok considering most people don't have extra cars to use while their car is in the shop just sitting in a doc. Not a great experience.

I make an appointment on line, when I arrived I had NO appointment ?? So service took 3 hours. I have no other way to get to and from to dealer so I sat and waited. Long wait. Then I had several items in the bed of the truck, one of which was a TV stand (wood laminate) and a special cloth bed protector, all of which were saturated because they washed the truck. DUH Why did they do that? Worst service experience yet

It took them 51 days to fix the car. Plus we had a to wait a week to get the car into the shop. Yes, it was a complex repair (warranty engine replacement), but I was told that they only had one mechanic who could do it, and he left for two weeks in the summer to fulfill a military obligation. The this person had a list of cars to repair before ours. To be honest, I am not sure I buy the excuses given. Maybe some were true. others not.
