I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership. I was told twice that there would be a follow up phone call and never received a call. I was told we had a deal and the deal over the phone and it never happened. I believe they need to revisit how to make it easier for the customer.
Communication isn’t a strongpoint. Everyone seems confused and unsure. The finance department rushes you through and adds service plans you never asked for or were advised they were adding; sign here, sign here. Vehicle was damaged, apparently this is a common issue from how the service department responded to scheduling service to get a brand new vehicle with a few miles on it “back to new”. Expectations are set my staff but aren’t followed through on.
This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. After changing the advertised price when we came to purchase a vehicle, they sneak additional items into your deal, leave out key details about the contracts while you’re signing, and don’t even show you the full contract when handing you the iPad to sign. Very good buying experience. From Roger my salesperson to Chuck in finance, they were friendly and knowledgeable .
The purchase and trade in process was a a game of hidden numbers and misrepresentation. You have to check all the details. They first said they would honor the CarGurus price but it disappeared from final paperwork. The trade in amount was reduced by approximately 300$ from agreed upon price. The whole process left a bad taste and I felt taken advantage of.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Extremely unprofessional and have liars for salespeople. Brett could not even keep an appointment and had to start over with another salesperson. This one tells me Brett just let for the day which was also a lie because we see him later. At first he said he had to comeback for something after I asked him why he missed our appointment. Then later it comes out he was there the whole time helping someone else. Got it I mean nothing to this dealership and neither does my time. It gets worse.... read more
Left a multiple messages to the Service Manager. Never bothered to call me back. I don't think I'll do business with Surprise Ford again.
Service mgr showed very little interest over my convern with overcharging me. He needs help.
