Sales reps were knowledgeable and polite. I didn't give 5 stars because I spent 8 hours at the dealership because the truck I was buying needed an oil change and needed to be detailed. I feel this should have been done before posting for sale

First trip there, so far so good. As with Everyone of those "criminal" aftermarket warranties that didn't cover anything it was sold to me to cover by Mark Kia. I certainly wasn't going to let Mark Kia service by less than 1 month owned Ford Explorer (used) that somehow had $+2000 of things wrong with it, after the check engine light came on 2 weeks after owning it.
