Worst experience buying a car. Corrupt dealership, dishonest people, don’t go here ever! At all costs avoid this disgusting place. They will sell a car that you have already wired money for and make promises in writing that they can’t keep. They will use excuses such as “we don’t want to sell a car to someone who doesn’t live locally because they won’t use our service”, so all of you out of area customers beware. Mangers weren’t good sales were good, I agreed to pice and when I got to dealer price changed
Absolutely terrible experience. I made a deal with Camryn for sale price of a used F-250 yesterday. I decided to do a trade in however did not have the vehicle so in order to honor the estimated trade in value I had to bring my trade in for inspection today which was no problem. I get there and they finish my inspection and decide to honor the trade in value to what Carmax would offer. 14 hard credit inquiries. Promised one price than ended up paying another. Has anyone found the name of the GM? Paid for things already installed, maybe I’m a little slow, but I recognize when the umbrella has been opened in a sensitive spot. Their radio ad said they had a 50% off ad, and then camouflaged it at the end by saying they “wanted to reduce their inventory by 50%”. Well done. I even called to verify the ad and they said yes. Worthless excuse for a dealership. Took my truck in to get a leak fixed under warranty as I only have 12,000 miles. After 3 weeks I finally get it back and am hit with a vile smell. There are butt cheek stains on the seat, huge scratch on my door, smeared lipstick on my headliner and visor, deep hand indentions on the visor, shoe prints on the headliner and obvious bodily fluid stains all over the seat and floorboard. This General manager doesn't care about anything. .. Told me to talk to the other manager who is below him that previously told me I need to speak to the General manager... Sending me in a circle of infinite deflection to avoid accountability due to blatent negligence from his employees... I had a great salesperson who was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I did not purchase a $61000.00 vehicle here because the sales managers were not interested in fair negotiations and basically did not want to budge off MSRP. They even lowballed my trade by offering $5200 less than what other dealers were willing to pay. I walked out and ignored the phone calls all week about how they still wanted to make a deal happen.
