Zach the service writer was awesome and very helpful. my only beef with the dealership is that it took them a week to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and I had to pay for a rental while the car was just sitting in there a lot waiting to be looked at. all the staff was very friendly and polite, they are the best Ford dealership in our area. I just wish that I didn't have to pay all that rental money before finding out that it wasn't covered under warranty.

They came ro my house to fix the recall on the roof rails on my Explorer. Awesome! :Peoria Ford wanted the car for 2 weeks to do this
