honestly they all suck , they don’t know what they are doing can’t fix a simple problem had taken my car 3 times to get it checked out and can’t get a simple problems fixed out had over 3-5 guys and still can’t accommodate it do not recommend to anyone save your time and go somewhere else
The service department told me that the clutch was bad in my focus and quoted me a price of $3,800.00 to replace. I think that estimate is way off base
Service department is a rip off and I will never take my car back there again. I do not recommend Surprise Ford service department at all. They will take your money and not fix anything for it. I asked them to checkout the dinging when my driver door opened with the keys out and the headlights off without them letting me know they charge me $190 to check it and then told me it was $1000 to get fixed. I just wanna express my frustration with my experience at Surprise Ford. I bought a used vehicle from them and couldn’t pick it up because they had to run it through services and cleaning. When I got my vehicle I didn’t check the tire tread because I assumed they wouldn’t sell a vehicle with bald tires. Less than 2 weeks of having it I had a blowout in the highway which I noticed all tires were completely bald. I have still not received a receipt for what service was performed on my car. I have spoken to Joe and the CSR who called me about my service experience.
Surprise Ford does not have resources to service their customers. I’ll find another shop.
I was told my bmw x5 that I purchased was going to get a full tank of gas and a car wash and did not get either one.
My vehicle has been in service for a few days shy of 30. I have to checking weekly to get updates on my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled but it took 6 days for a technician to start looking at it. For a family of 6 and to have the main vehicle gone and treated as we don't have any priority is shameful. I will not return to surprise ford for any service.
Providing service vehicles would be nice specially if your car needs to get fixed for few days
