Brought in my vehicle on my appointment day and was told it would be at least at least 6 days before it would be diagnosed . When I ask about this the service person told me I could leave it or not . This was not done in a pleasant manner . After a week I called and asked about the progress. I was promised a call within an hour but it never came. Had vehicle for two months told them what the problem was and they took forever fixing the problem that was specifically told to them racking our bill up to 2,404.40 they could have fixed the problem within a couple days compared to a couple months completely ridiculous!!
Had electrical issues and Ford could not fix it. Took it to a local shop. Fixed it! Ford charged me 3200 bucks. Local shop fixed it all and charged 2700. Come on Ford, you can do better!
**Never ever go to this dealership ** From start to finish, this has been the most miserable experience I've ever had. First the salesman Enrique ignored me while looking, driving and purchasing a vehicle. He would only talk to my dad and boyfriend when I'm the one that put down 80% of the vehicle. Very disappointed due to the lack of contact during the 10 days of service The last time we had two vehicles taken care of the young lady was fabulous She was the reason we wanted to return to your dealership I left a message for the service manager to call me yesterday morning and still have not heard from her Thank you for allowing me to share my experiencr
It was a difficult experience and there was no one who I could turn to for help. I called the service manager who never responded to me. I asked several times for my records, sorry, receipt, no one responded. I question if I should continue there.
Well 30 minutes went by before my car was driven in for service. I had coupon for 49$ to also check cabin and air filter. No mention if this was done or condition of them.Plus 68$ charged.
Deplorable customer service, lack of clear communication. Vehicle in service for a month, incomplete work.
This dealership only cares about the dollars spent vs care of car and customer needs
