Very disappointed with the service. Had to call twice for an update. I had asked specifically that transmission and did fluids be checked. Was told it was part of the inspection process. When called for authorization for work, I asked about the fluid conditions, and was told everything is fine. I was surprised due to the mileage, and with the towing I do. Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for, my vehicle did not get pulled into the shop until 1:30 hour after arriving.
DO NOT BUY , DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP I live 200 miles out of town. Came to see the truck, made an offer on the truck . Worked out the details of the offer over the next day. I committed to the deal offered to send a deposit and was told no need. Scheduled with the salesman to return the next day to purchase. I was half way there with cashier check in hand . Not friendly and make you feel like your getting a bad deal and doesn’t want to fix stuff properly.
It took to long for your inspector to check out to see what is wrong with your vehicle.
Second oil change at this location and let’s just say I’m totally upset the techs spilled oil all on my engine it ran down to the transfer case of my brand new Bronco Wildtrak that I barley drive and it was so bad I could smell it on the way home. To make it worse it leaked down into my garage floor which is now stained. I called the dealer to report it and never received a call back just disappointed to the fullest extent
Your service survivor was the worst in the world I think you should look into his practice
Took my car in for a diagnostics on the transmission for a problem that was originally caused when they designed the car. They quoted me a price of $9,000 to replace the entire transmission and in return I fixed the car myself for $35. Ford mechanics are the worst anymore. There was a time I used to swear by for it as being a good product. Anymore everybody I know has had nothing but problems with Ford and the cars are junk I would not recommend their service department for any reason.
Having to wait for 3. 5 hours not ideal Can never get a straight answer with how the Ford pass point system works.
