Everything is great going through surprise Ford John Williams is a great sales person very helpful I would give him an A+ very courteous he has been trying to get the office to send my paperwork for days I have not received a stitch of paperwork email post office nothing I do not have paperwork on my warranties or the papers I signed when I received the truck from John
