Everyone was friendly and professional. My questions were answered and they listened to my concerns regarding payments and costs. It was a very plesant experience. I love my car!! and the service I received at Suprise Ford.

It took longer then it should have, i guess some people did not show up. Joe H. Our service rep kept us informed.. I am a little concerned with the rear end bolt recall thats been ongoing for two years or so.

The service was OK but took longer than I would have liked. The delay was explained as having to wait of shipment of Trans Pan Gasket and shortage of experienced techs. Car was tied up for about a week for what I would consider to be normal service. Service manager Steve did the best he could considering the shortage of Help problem.

Service was satisfactory. Service advisor arranged for Uber since it was a several hour appointment.
