Stay clear of this dealership. Typical old school sales tactics. I was trying to purchase a 2023 Mach 1 and made an offer at sticker with up to $400 additional for window tinting which I thought was more than fair. They messed around for 4 days not providing feedback on my offer and promising I would hear back from them in a specific timeframe that never happened. Sales people are very non trustworthy. Sold a car out from me after I gave deposit and while I was in process of wiring money to close. Very very poor reputation. Shame on them.
If you want to waste your time and be ripped off with bait and switch tactics, Surprise Ford is your place. It did not matter who I dealt with, every step of the way was full of lies and deceitfulness. Zero honesty and integrity from start to finish. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone! I will never do business here again. Long story short, knowing that we traveled 3.5 hours to buy this specific vehicle we were forced to buy add ons of over 4k. Even after I explained that I wasn’t going to drive 3.5 hours for oil changes or paint protection reapplication I was told that I could use the services locally. Had oil changed today on my brand new f 150 what a joke there is more oil all over the bottom of my truck then there is in the motor lazy techs with no pride I can’t even talk to a manager they tell me they don’t have one witch is a joke such a crappy dealership please save your money and go somewhere else
I would never go back there. We have purchased many cars in the past from various dealers in Arizona. I learned that Surprise Ford advertises one specific price for a specific vehicle, but won't actually sell it for anything close to that price after you have driven there and test driven the vehicle. In the "fine print" of their ads, well below their advertised price, they have written that there will be other additional dealer charges. So, legally they can get away with it. Worst experience ever I went online looking art a car Joe contacted me telling me he sent me to many banks without my permission as a joke. I am in contact with the ftc and ag as we speak. Joe thought it was funny and told me he can go back to Larry Miller if he gets fired. I will never buy from these guys and I knew when Joe said he makes up incomes and pay stubs he was shady beware.
I took my Escape in for a routine oil change. At no point did the advisor do a walk around with me before or after service. When I got my Escape back there was a loud rattle coming from the passenger side and it started to pull to the right. The next day we saw a large scratch/scuff on the front passenger bumper. Had an Amazing Salesman! But wanted to purchase a 2018 Expedition and I was asked if I knew how much the vehicle cost. Keep in mind we also told them we were looking at a Tahoe and Navigator in addition to the Expedition. One of the managers told the salesman "can she even afford the vehicle" So we walked out the door... COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
