Tried to purchase bronco the wait was too long so I had to get a vehicle from somewhere else went to get my reservation and deposit money back and I’ve received absolutely no response from the salesman Brian and the finance department or customer service

Went to see/test drive some cars, was going well, asked for a trade value, told they would need to make some calls and get back to me the next day, didn’t happen. I called, left a message to call me back, didn’t happen. Spoke to the sales manager who assured me that was not the norm, took details, said he would get me the figures and work with me “I’m working on making this happen for you” was his exact words in writing. made a appointment two weeks ago . Took time off work to bring car in . Told tec was on vaca tion. . Any responsible or professional business would have the courtesy to call. But what is i do not care attitude .waste of time . Losat my buisness.

The manager Jason spoke to me in a condescending tone. Every time I tried to explain my frustration he would cut me off. After much debate with my wife we decided to leave. As we walked away I over heard Jason say to the salesman "throw them out" awful experience. Will never go back.

Absolutley disgraceful service!!! The financial person (I can't remember his name) there is completley unprofessional and petty. Just because he was having a bad day, he decided to take it out on us. After saying a harmless joke, he walked away cursing and saying, "good luck getting a car today because I'm the only one that does numbers around here. You could sit out here all day for all I care." This dealership needs to have a training class in customer care. Was humiliated and the entire team was laughing and pointing. Like it was a joke to them.

Do not go to this Dealership for repairs. My 2013 Ford Focus broke down and they tore down engine and would not let me move it to get a competitive bid. They replaced engine for $11,800, Car is only worth $10,000.

I recently bought a car with this dealership. The customer service was okay. I got the car I had been looking for. The price was a little more than I was hoping, but that's my problem. I asked for my credit to only be pulled from one bank and they pulled from multiple banks and when trying finishing paper they had the wrong interest rate and bank. I told them I only wanted one bank he said he would do the paper and fix the interest rate when the banks finally called back. The bank did finally call back and lower our interest... read more
