What a JOKE of a dealership!! John W is no better, you have to practically beg for numbers and 1 to 2 days later you finally get them. (According to John he is always busy, he must selling 30 to 40 cars a month to be as busy as he claims to be) And the NUMBERS are a laughing stock, they act like your stupid enough to agree to the numbers. Sales team was great, bought a used explorer in january and bought a warranty. Now that its getting hot out we noticed the air would only cool to 70 degrees unless the RPMs were high(for reference, i have an 18 ford that puts out 40 degree air while at idle, and had on 06 chevy that did the same, a 07 crown vic that blew at 44 degrees and a 13 kia with similar qualities. I bought 2017 Ford Fusion SE w/1.5L ecoboost motor brand new in January 2018 and started to have issues for the past year and half. Note that I do all schedule maintenance on my vehicle. At 39K miles, car stalled, and check engine light appeared, my service advisor told me it was a bad throttle body which was covered under warranty. With regards to being offered a multipoint inspection it was never communicated or brought to my attention! I THINK THATS CALLED COMMUNICATION ! It seems like there is a major lack of communication. Also along with the lack of communication there was no mention of a leak. Had it been brought to my attention , i would have of addressed the issue at that time. Indeed anything to protect there own reputation and CYA, however there was no great measures or discussions stating or brought to my attention regarding leaks, clearly never had a problem going in an having my oil change due to the confidence in the long term service writers there before i always had quality service but I get it due to the high turn over rate there @SURPRISE FORD how many more customers are going to have to experience this inexperience quality of service you provide that comes with a Hefty ticket $$$!
Horrible experience ! BBB complaint filed ! Buyer beware!!! Nothing resolved vehicle still remains in the driveway broken no one wants to take accountability here it seems and appears to be easier swept under a rug than deal with a customer !! When dealing with Surprise Ford
