Service advisor was great and maintenance was done on time. Problem reported was fixed, but came back after a few days.

The customer service rep Joe was great!, He kept us informed all the way! Our truck may be old but it has a special meaning to us and we would not give it up for anything! JOE MADE SURE IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND after a week we picked it up and it was like brand new! RUns great and we really appreciate the great service! If we ever bought another vehicle Surprise Ford has our business!

Took in for ZAKtec. Truck looked good coming out, but i requested CSR update that they said they wouldn't do if we weren't experiencing symptions.
