Worse Service Department Ever! Brought my 2014 Lincoln Mks in for regular routine maintenance and regular oil change, and after visit was told all is well, after a couple day's gone bye noticed temperature light came on and after bringing it in to a well known valley wide reputable Dealership and qualified technician for a second look and discovered a small leak the size of a pin hole down by the water pump located inside the motor which requires 12 -15 hrs in labor . In the beginning, I had an issue with the panoramic sunroof on my 2017 Ford Edge (sunroof cracked) and I needed to get it replaced. I knew the glass needed to be special ordered and that was handled quickly through the dealership by Dave Greathouse, the service advisor. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a used 2017 Ford Mustang this month and had it shipped to VA. When it arrived the brake lights and interior lighting and signals weren’t working. I had to take it immediately to a local Ford dealership who diagnosed it with a bad body control module which is $1600. Luckily I had bought an extended warranty that covers it but I have a $100 deductible. Girlfriend got a car there, absolutely the worst service ever. Sales manager Gilad was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Please anyone who reads this before getting a car, please don't buy anything from these crooks.
I should have read the 13 pages of complaints on this dealership first before wasting two days on crooks. We sent an iquiry about a F450. We were told we were first in line and gave a deposit. After several text and calls from the scam artists we were told there were 8 other people looking at it, but we were first. Terrible experience. Salesperson was excellent, knowledgable, and accessable. Once negotiations started, it was all downhill. Sales manager quoted a price on vehicle we wanted, but not what was advertised on Auto Trader...."sorry, I can't keep track of all the prices we advertise on different sites." I tried to get vehicle info thru the internet twice. I used the texting module still no call back. I called and was told by a sales manger that I would get a call back still nothing. I went to the dealership itself and was looking for the truck I wanted and found out it had gone to auction and was told that I would get a call back the next day so that I could get to see the vehicle. Made an appointment to test a used truck out, shower up on time, truck was in the shop not able to be driven. Drove 45 miles for nothing.
They don't honor their own pricing on carfax and car gurus when it's a $2k difference on a $80k Lincoln. They 100% did a bait and switch... the history on carfax shows the car was at $82k and was reduced to $81k and they tried to say someone made a mistake on their website and reduced the price that day to $81k... 100% a lie!!!!! Do not trust this dealer. They heard a nice woman over the phone and took advantage. They will really do anything to make a buck on someone that was ready to buy but taking my business elsewhere!
