Dealership Immediately Went Back On Trade Offer Today I expressed interest in a vehicle at Surprise Ford. Went and test drove a used truck and had an amazing experience with Patrick. Very patient, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained all the details of the truck and had great follow up. I decided I would drive my family from Scottsdale to Surprise one night after daily phone calls from the dealership to confirm my appointment to come by the truck. So we look at the car Friday, they didn't offer enough for a trade, saying it was a salvage title (it's not and the carfax even says its not) so I leave. I email the guy we had been dealing with on Sunday saying we are selling private and will come today (monday) to buy it. Battery Replacement Issues Purchase a new battery in May 2017 with a 0-36 month Full replacement warranty. Now they are making excuse on the replacement. Don't buy any parts from Surprise Ford they are crooks!!
Horrible service. Promised one rate on a loan signed everything. Then I was called 2 days later saying they didn't want to do the loan anymore and to find a different place to get the loan. Also tried to tell me the price they had on the internet listing was wrong.
Sales and Service Lies!!!! I was asked if I wanted the warranty and said no. He kept pushing the warranty and told me that my warranty would cover everything. Eventually, I said do it, after about 10 minutes of pushing it on me. When I went to the dealership a couple months after buying the car, I was told that the warranty barely covers anything! Sold a Wrecked Car without making it known Dealing with Surprise Ford started off what we believed was a great thing! LYING CROOKS! Bought 2014 ford escape with a extended warranty. We were told if we bought the warranty they would include free oil changes for as long as we owned the car. The warranty expired we decided not to get it again. Went to dealership for oil change and was told warranty was not renewed and they wouldn't honor what they said they would. Steer clear of this lying bunch of crooks Live 3 1/2 hours away, 7 hours round trip. Negotiated a deal on a used car, filled out the credit app on Tues. Was told it was all approved. I SAID don't just tell me that to get me on the lot, I said I want a 100 % approved before making this 7 hour trek, as I'm disabled and traveling long distance is a hardship. This was tuesday.
