Fraud, Misrepresentation, G M Rob HUbler - No Ethics Sold car that was defective and doesnt stand behind their word or policies. More to come on this issue! I have gathered enough evidence and onsite statements from employees to file with Attorney General. I plan to do so and any other party as well as their corporate structure to investigate these business dealings.
Promises not kept I had an appt to bring my car in for scheduled oil change and the expensive ZAK treatment to the paint. I left the car there and was told that the car would be ready before the end of the day. I called and left the Service person a message that when I got home there was some oil on the garage floor. She called back at the end of the day to say they would have to keep the car until the next day because of the phone call I had made in the morning. She apologized but said they were busy. Service Department Unresponsive! I bought my truck and my wife's car from this dealership at the same time. At the time I bought my truck there was some damage noted at the time of purchase. I was told that it would be no problem to get it taken care of when I brought back the vehicle, that has not been the case. Service/ warranty work Bought a Ford Focus st from surprise ford a month month later started having engine trouble took back to the dealer they said it was alright. Left the dealer car still not running well took it back they checked it said they could not find any codes. Warranted work and scheduled service doesn’t call customers back repeatedly. Does not update status of vehicle and specific requirements and at the end get a bill you don’t expect.
Turned out my truck was under warranty I was staying at an RV park near bye this dealership when engine light came and warning light. Took it to this dealership they said I needed a new exhaust and it wasn't under warranty. They charged me $4484.00 out the door. 10 months later back in hometown, took truck in for service and they said my truck was under warranty for another 12000 miles and the dealership shouldn't have changed me. Complete Disrespect This was by far my worst experience at a dealership yet.First off, they used the fact that I am Military and that i'm young as a pressure tactic throughout the sale. The first night the General Sales Manager, Martin, told me I could either buy the car that night or he would not sell me a car because they were offering me such a good deal (supposedly) that they would get in trouble with the general manager if they did the deal while he was at work, but he was out sick. Salesman dan danciea I bought a new ford with the word of dan danciea i would receive a $500 visa card from an advertisement from ford ..after the purchase he kept me in a run around going from one person to another for over a month then to have someone call me and say he doesnt remember..pretty sad you cant be true to your wird and it was recorded also..beware of buying there
Lesson learned - there must be better humans out there I would like to preface my review with this: My 3 children learned a valuable lesson in character andt citizenship today at your dealership. Sadly, this was at the expense of seeing someone treat their parents with so much disrespect and disregard for humanity that their mother left with a crushed spirit in tears.
