I went to the dealership for a grinding sound in April 2022 and was told the completed a diagnostic and the issue was the ps hub nearing . I paid $690 to find out that wasn’t the issue . I picked up my vehicle with the same issue . After going back to the dealership for the 5th time the service manager rode with me and determined issue was the brakes . They wouldn’t replace it at no cost because they claimed the ps bearing needed to be replaced but that isn’t what I went there for and it could have waited . I paid another $4... read more

Brought my vehicle that I purchased as is with zero changes from this dealership. Asked them to check the battery, rotate the tires and provide an oil change. Services that I prepaid for when buying the vehicle. They wouldn’t rotate the tires because they stated their was aftermarket tires on the vehicle that I purchased with everything on it at that location and started the battery was good. Took 14 Nissan sentra to get a diagnostic because I had concerns about the CVT transmission before I purchased, and they said everything was fine. Advisor even called me to assured me nothing was wrong so I decided to get a transmission flush and motor oil change. However, the transmission went out.

I feel like after a couple of days they were willing to negotiate with me on the price. However, I also feel like they could give two xxxxs about customer service. They just wanted my money and to get me out the door. I understand that dealers aren't in the gas business. But the needle was buried on E when I drove off the lot. I only bought the truck because it was the only color combination within 500 miles of where I live. The salesperson was nice, but I also left with a screw in one of my tires. They lied to me about the car I wanted, & I had to get another car I didn’t want because I drove almost 2hours out there with family, the paper work is wrong, but the people in there are nice. I should’ve read the reviews before I went cause they are most definitely true !

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Emissions were not done prior to sell. The county in which it was sold and registered requires an emission test. 2nd key keyfob was missing. I tried calling but no one was available. I showed up to the dealership in person. They had a couple of boxes full with envelopes with car keys in them. It was very unorganized. I just gave up. Poor communication. Only good at time of sale.

I purchased a used Maxima from Sutherlin Nissan, Mall of Georgia. The car was to be painted, and it was.. along with the repair of a couple curbed wheels, which were not fixed. A rear tire had a leak and I specifically asked for it to be looked at. The salesman said,” we checked it out & it’s fine.” But it was 20 lbs low. When I asked someone to look at the tire again, (i doubt anybody checked it to begin with) I was told I’d have to wait 45 mins.
