I really want to be fair and objective. The vets are nice but the way in which the clinic approaches care is 100% about the money first. Anytime I call in for just basic advice on my pet it's always about the money i.e booking an appointment first -- nothing can be done without this. I can literally call in and say hey my dog looked at me funny and they'll recommend an appointment. They will not recommend any over the counter treatments or any at home remedies first. The last time I visited before my dog died, the place had devolved. It was never really the same after Dr. Campbell left. There were a few good vets after her, but there was a lot of turnover, and no one seemed to stay long who was good. When my dog was in her final decline, after 18 years at the practice, they could not get her in, and I had to go to another vet entirely. I will not be bringing my new dog to this practice, particularly since I heard that they are no longer a local business, but owned by a corporation.

Never go here! I took my cat here a few years ago because she stopped eating and was vomiting. They did an x-ray and the doctor completely missed what was wrong. She was declining very fast and I had to bring her back in and I wanted answers. Dr. Campbell is the worst and said I may have to put my cat to sleep. Turns out she ate a toy and needed surgery right away. They told us they couldn't do surgery there. Luckily it was treatable and she got her surgery at Blue Pearl. Please don't go here, the Vet here misdiagnosed my cat, told me my cat was 100% normal which was wrong, the blood test results cearly stated what was wrong, the Vet either never read the blood test or is that incompetent. Had to rush my cat to emergency and the Vet there confirmed he was misdiagosed here. Do not go here!! Also the receptionist is very rude, not worth it, I know it's easy to get here but it will cost your pets life and your wallet in the long run. Run!

The level of service has declined tremendously over the years. I've been bringing my cat here for nearly 10 years. In recent years, I believe ownership has changed and customer service has declined. There is no consistency among the different vets. The front end staff are rude.   I was told my cat needed surgery. We have been taking our pets to this place for more than 10 years. The incompetence and nonchalant attitudes never ceases to amaze me here. All this perception on how they care about your pets is nonsense. My cat needed a prescription diet from Chewy due to kidney issues. It had been a week and Symphony Vet had not yet send the prescription. When calling to following, I was told, "we'll get to it when we get to it". Really? Classy. DO NOT GO HERE. NO COMPASION AT ALL. I called yesterday because it was time for my sweet angel to be put to rest. When I called the person who answered the phone told me they were too busy!!!!!! Wtf. Rude non caring jerks... DO NOT GO HERE. went in yesterday with my dog he hasnt been feeling well. I told the vet (found out she was just filling in for day) what was going on . I usually have my cats taken care of by a friend when I go on trips but I decided to board my cat this time because he had an eye infection, so he needed medicine administered 4 times a day. While they did administer the medicine, my cat came back with frayed and bloody nails, presumably from scratching and clawing at the cage due to stress. This vet practice is simply awful from the doctors (especially Schoenhut) to the front desk. Weeks ago Dr. Schoenhut said my dog's records were sent out to me. Today, the front desk said it was being done today. This has been going on for months. They are simply inept, incompetent and I'd never trust them with my dog or my worst enemy's dog.
