Many good thing to say about this place, the food was great, great portions. All the staff is very nice and helpful specially Daniel. His Customer Service is great, his priority is to Wow the customer which very rare to find that now days. He was making sure our food was good. The quality of the food also great. Very clean place. The aguas frescas were so delicious. The atmosphere is amazing too.

I had 20 minutes before my nail appointment in the Westfield mall, I walked into this taco shop and asked if they were pretty quick. 10 minutes later I had eaten, paid, and was on my way! At the recommendation at the bartender, I got a chicken Vampiro. It was outstanding! It's like a little tostada with some cheese melted on it. Our first visit here was pretty hit and miss, and I shared that in my original review. Since then, we've been back several times, and I'm happy to say things have improved a lot. The biggest difference is consistency; the food has been very good every visit since. The meats are well seasoned, flavorful, and overall much more reliable than that first experience. We are always on the look out for new taco shops so while at the mall we gave this spot a try. Our waiter was friendly and the food came out very quickly. One star was removed because there was lack of flavor on the meat. Maybe expecting more for the price ? We also really enjoy having rice and didn't see it on the menu. Perhaps, also having green salsa instead of red or an option when ordering? We are open to giving it a try again in the future.

For my first time, we waited in a short line to get a table on a Saturday afternoon for 4. The waiter was prompt and offered drinks upon our arrival. That food was great! I had a mula and a Canesa taco, beans on the side. Friends had quesadilla, lengua taco, campechanga taco, chilis and onions. We all loved the food. Loved the simplicity of the menu. Food Food was outstanding! I love that Tacos El Franc is in my backyard. I highly recommend getting Mixto and Adobada with grilled pineapples! Amaze balls! Service Excellent!
