Verified Renter Apartment Review Nice place to live overall, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. The construction out front has caused an increase in rats, and they are becoming a major problem around the property. On top of that, the doors are repeatedly being broken or propped open, allowing anyone to gain access to the property and creating serious security concerns for residents. Management needs to take these issues seriously and make sure residents can actually feel safe where they live.
Verified Renter We are enjoying our stay at latitude, the pool and the community room add more joy to our days. The response is fast in case we need maintenance. Some issues with the elevators every now and then but resolved as quickly as possible as possible
Verified Renter Community is great. I appreciate that the front gate works and closes for security. Some cleaning needs to be done on the carpets in the hallways. They have a smell from dog pee and trash fluids
