Verified Renter Pros: Feels like a safe space Maintenance Staff is awesome Office Staff is awesome Cons: Thin floors and walls. Hear child below constantly, neighbor next door slams into their walls and knocks things off my walls. Has happened 3 times. Refrigerator loud, hoping it doesn't die.

Great Place to Live ! I've been living here for two years and up to this point i haven't had any problems. Marisol, who is the manager of the apartment complex, is a person who listens and follows up of any problem. She is very kind and empathizes with her tenants. If i have any maintenance problem, they come and fix it the same day. Wispering Pines places great importance on the cleanliness and appearance of its green areas. They have the best Landscaping Company. I highly recommend this place to live.
