The community is dynamic for individuals looking for a quiet environment for studies or the right touch of City living which it accomplishes by location (Katy, I-10, Westheimer, etc). Verified Renter The neighborhood is very nice and cozy, neighbors are relatively quiet but can’t speak for other residence. The property is on culebra that is the only true downside is dealing with traffic day in and day out especially when school is in. So far still enjoying my stay.

Verified Renter I have been here at Oak Forest for 7 years and for the most part have enjoyed every year of staying here. The only downside to that is that over the years the rent has went up and other added expenses such as a $54/month trash disposal with add ins totaling another $100 .This past 2 lease renewals I wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom and was told by then leasing agents that I could do so once at the rate of $1306 and $1318 respectively but as my lease neared my messages to the office were left unanswered.
