Verified Renter I like the area around here. A lot of things around here i.e. stores to buy food and laundromats. Met a couple of neighbors around and they seem to have a pretty calm demeanor. Also seems like the main office personnel actually care about what's going on around here with the tenants, like for mother's Day. They had a create a bouquet for mothers day event. So far it has been pretty well.
Verified Renter This is a quiet complex. The office staff is responsive and attentive. Maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The community is well taken care of. No security issues.
Verified Renter I have friendly neighbors and happy to meet all the doggy neighbors, too. Funny, I know the dog names but not the owners!! I have participated in a few of the social activities and am surprised participation is very low; maybe a little more advanced notice would be helpful than on the day of or the day before an event that was not already posted on the board by the mailboxes.

Verified Renter Well maintained older apartment complex in West Irving. Any maintenance issues (and they have been few) are handled in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Covered parking is available (for an additional fee), and there is also a valet trash service. Neighborhood is mostly quiet. All in all, a good place to live.

Verified Renter I like living here. It’s a nice community. Sometimes the neighbors can get loud or hang out in the parking lot. The security gates are almost never closed and it’s hard to get a hold of someone in the office unless you go in there. Maintenance does an ok job. All in all it’s pretty good here.
