So far so good I moved in May 12th, and so far every time I put in a request for maintenance they respond very quickly. Neighbors are friendly as well. They occasionally hold events for the apartment complex which I think is a good way of getting to know the tenants. I have not attended any yet but I do plan on going one of these days. I barely moved in and I am already reconsidering renewing my lease next year. 10/10 would recommend you to lease here!

LOVE This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and easily accessible whenever you need something or have a question. Everything was remodeled and I am obsessed. The neighbors are super friendly and very quiet. Highly recommended!

I love Lanisha!! The staff is so nice and helpful. I’m moving in and when I tell you Lanisha has been supremely helpful!! She’s been patient and understanding and a huge help. I love the property. It’s well kept and the renovations are going to be incredible. It’s a great place for a great price. I’m excited about my new home!!
Liked Living Here I really enjoyed living here. A few pointers: *The rent is low, but with charges like mandatory cable, trash, water, etc., we were paying over $100 extra, not including internet or power. *The neighborhood is very quiet. The only issue we had with noise is our upstairs neighbor's floors creaked. This is only to be expected though. *They only give you a 3 day grace period for rent.
