Great place to live Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes is a great place to live. It's very quiet, the floor plans are very spacey, and the office staff is very helpful and receptive to helping out if issues pop up. We love living here. The pool area is also very spacious; you don't feel crammed into a small space as you do in other apartment complex pool areas.
Oak Forest Oak Forest has been a great experience for my family and me. We have had some problems with our washer, but the maintenance was out here quick to fix it. Any time I call the office someone answers the phone and is eager to help me. Every apartment complex is going to have its drawbacks, but that is part of living in an apartment complex. It has a wonderful family feel. I feel safe having my two kids here. By far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in.
Open, Beautiful & Spacious I live in a 2 bedroom 2 car tandem garage apartment here at Echo at Katy Ranch. The apartments are beautiful I love how spacious the kitchen is. The bedrooms and closets are very large. I am constantly at the pool as well as I appreciate the on-site barbecues. I have to mention the maintenance staff because they are awesome and very on top of maintenance requests . Last but not least Bert in the office is amazing he has been so helpful the entire time we've lived here! I have really enjoyed my time... read more

the best my apartment was the best ive ever had.I was able to rearange my living room seven different ways.My bedroom could hold a king queen and a full size bed in it.my friends would tell me that i clean to much because i was always cleaning.waking up to a clean house is the best feeling in the morning.I really enjoyed my place because it looked like a different apartment every three weeks.thats when i changed it around.
I would live here again My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. Our apartment on the top floor has a very open concept, updated appliances, pool view, one bedroom / one bath (with two showers), and LARGE island. Location: Great location for north Dallas. We love Addison as they put on all sorts of fun events and lots of great places to eat. Easy to get places. 5 stars on this topic. Astoundingly Awesome I love this community in all of its immaculance. The staff are very professional. The community speaks luxury in every expect. The environment is safe and the neighbors are cordial and respectful. Overall, I am at a lost for words. I am completed satisfied with my experience as a whole.
Best square footage for the $!! My husband and I recently moved into the Windtree apartments on Trawood after looking at a number of apartments and being disappointed with the money they were asking for the square footage. Windtree, however, offered a wonderful price for their square footage, and with the monthly specials that we were given they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse!
