Reasonable Living in the Medical Center Fantastic location: easy access to the Medical Center without being stuck in the traffic of a lot of other apartments in the area; 288 and 610 are less than two minutes away. A slight decrease in "luxury" from other apartments in the area of a comparable age but a big decrease in rent charges with large, open floor plans that allow for creativity. Top it off with an incredibly friendly and responsive office staff.
View Crest No insulation, very hot in the summer, always cold in the winter or your heating bill is crazy high.

Nice, if you can suffer the children Oak Park is a very reasonably priced complex within walking distance of not one, but two grocery stores (Kroger & Albertsons). The grounds could use some landscaping in places, but overall they're decent. The buildings are older, but inside they're like new. Other than the 22 year old neighbors across the way the neighborhood is quiet as long as your unit isn't right next to the playground, basketball court or pool where the neighborhood kids hangout.
Happy Tenant I have lived in this apartment complex since 2009, and appreciate that I am close to public transit and freeways. The apartment has great amenities and the owners maintain the facility exceptionally well. This is a pet friendly complex and very clean.
Amalfi The apartments themselves are fairly nice with decent floor plans. The complex is relatively new so everything is still nice and well maintained. My biggest complaint would be a lack of storage space within the apartment itself. I don't own many things but it still feels like I have no space for what I do have. canyons at 45th when we first started looking for apartments we wanted a safe place for our kids to play things to do besides watch TV at home and a place that would except our loving cats. We have found that and more here at the canyons at 45th we live in a gated community , covered parking, amazing pool, outdoor grills,on sight gym, and a play ground for our kids . with all the activities we have here we have not had one boring day this summer. Oak forest apartment The apartments look amazing. The staff are great. The only thing is the gates are open for long periods of time. Everyone also leaves their trash on the curb for pick up. Other than that it's a amazing place to live. Pretty quite.

Addison Keller Springs Apartments I have been living at Addison keller Springs apartment for about a year now. They have great customer service as far as being helpful when you come to the office and need something. Maintenance personel is very friendly/professional. The building has a great location. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets an parks near by. at the same time, I feel safe living here because it is next to the Addison Fire and Police.
