Best in Area! These are the best apartments I've found here in Waco. It is a quiet homey pocket in the hustle of the area. The remodels done by the new management have only made me want to brag about these apartments more!

Love this complex I moved in 6 months ago at the time that new management took over and renovations were to begin. The improvements are beautiful, management is friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The area is quiet and grounds are well maintained. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Resident of 3 years I've been a resident here for over 3 years. I can't say enough good things about this place. Of course the amenities are great but what really makes this an excellent place to live is the staff. The office and maintenance staff are exceptionally accommodating and personable. Our new home I have lived here for a little over a month and wanted to wait to write a review until I actually felt like it was my home. I absolutely love it here. My kids also love it here. There are a lot of other kids that they can run around and play with. We feel safe letting them play because the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great Place To Live! I have lived at Montoro for a little over 5 months now and I absolutely love it! I have not had any issues and everyone has been very nice.
