The maintenance staff is always attentive to not only my needs, but others! The grounds are always free of trash and debris and just looks cleaner than any other property you'll find in the area. This is a wonderful place to live!

It very quiet.... (Verified Renter) It very quiet. The only issue I have is the water bill. It keeps going up every month. I know that it is a collection of everybody in my building, but we had people move out and it's still went up.
Best Apartment Complex I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.
