HOMELY AND ECO-FRIENDLY The environment is perfect for lovers of the outdoors-have a calming meditative walk, with your pup, by the lake, where you can mindlessly feed the ducks or fish with your family. With outside grilling, this large community is quiet, with maintenance crew on point. Apartment rooms are large with more than adequate parking for visitors and residents. Quite homely, near popular shopping centers!
Wonderful apartments to live in. I have lived here for three years, just signed my lease for the Fourth. The apartment complex has done nothing but improve over the past 3 years. Addressing some of the other comments from google: Rent has been raised by absurd amounts if you live in an older apartment, they are remodeling the old apartments and making them...beautiful. They raise your rent to what a new apartment would cost (which seems/is incredibly unfair for an older apartment) in order to get you to move, they also offer... read more
A Couple of Weeks in Beautiful property - landscaping and pool are incredible. Front office - nice but has some competency issues. May need more training. I was told I could have a carport, parked in it for a couple of days, then was told someone else owned it. Also, my garage is very far away from my apartment. Parking - Too many carports lead to limited free parking. The apartment - Plenty of counterspace, small dryer (cannot put a comforter in there), plenty of space for one person.
Comfy Dog Friendly Apartment This apartment complex is perfect for the college student or small family. Pet friendly environment with friendly staff willing to help with anything as long as you ask. apartment I have lived here a year and so far it is ok beside some other problems ,like cops always here on the property. Now since there are new people. In the office its way better . Thxs
Convenient and Comfortable While these apartments are small, they have new appliances, and the parking lot was recently renewed. The apartments have large windows so there is a lot of light, and the management is friendly and responsive. The best thing about these apartments is that they are very conveniently located near Albertson's the mall and public transportation.

great locatoin Have lived here for 4 years in two separate apartments. nice community that is relatively quiet, though it can be a bit loud if you are near the street. The apartments are nothing special, but are kept up well and i know some are upgraded. The kitchens are small. The maintenance staff is very friendly and does a great job. The 2 pools are okay, but the gym is not that great. The rent will go up every year if you re-sign. The Marquee Apartments I moved to Los Angeles about 9 months ago from New York City with my now fiancee. He and I were so nervous as we hadn't seen the apartment prior to moving in except online photos of the grounds and a Studio apartment picture. God send!!!! I was looking for a nice place to stay that kept me in the vicinity of my church and work. I almost didn't find this place but I am so glad I did! The assistant manager was VERY nice and so helpful, starting from the inquiry email I sent to come and view the place, all the way until the day I moved in and I know her kindness won't stop!
