Amenities without selling your first born This complex is a little out of the way and hidden, cuts down on traffic for sure but is in great location to get around town. Parking garage, half court, gym, rentable theater, outside fireplaces, game room with kitchen, pool, hot tub, infinity lap pool without the huge price jump inside the loop. Defining characteristic...management company. Attentive, professional and fair. Tip: move in the winter. Lower rates.

Regency Square of Limbo This building is close to public transportation, elementary schools and retail stores. Balcony space is great for bikes, chairs and plants. The rooms are decent size for 2 bedrooms and the living room is huge. The dining room is ok and fits a table for 4 however the kitchen is small and has very little cabinet space. Regency Square does have a great area to raise kids however these kids are loud, obnoxious and swear more than sailors but are under the age of 12. Greentree Place- As good as it looks online The 24 Hour Fitness Center is great and newly updated. It sits next to the pool and you can even see the small kids playground while you work out, so you can even bring the little along with you. The property is fairly close to the bus line. Rent payments were always easy because they off Electronic Rent Payment (ACH). There is Free Wifi in common areas such as the lobby and near the mailboxes center. Quiet, Safe, Convenient Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes is a wonderful community to live in. It is conveniently located on Hwy 96, just 3 miles from I45. All the grocery stores and shops in close proximity are new and thriving. Amalfi has great floor plans, a beautiful pool, and great amenities like valet trash service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My time at Amalfi Tuscan Lakes has been very enjoyable.
Downsizing without settling "This is the perfect apartment complex for those of you who just want an extremely friendly place to live. There is a mall that is very near by, a Wal-Mart, a movie theater, many diverse eating places, drug stores and most important a hospital! What more could you ask for? Average My husband, mom, and I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Our apartment is a decent size, but it is so old. A lot of things have broken and I feel that it needs an upgrade. The employees at the leasing office are wonderful. They are always super friendly and helpful.

Love it Great apartments. Newer, big, open floorplans. Tall ceilings, big kitchens and bathrooms. Also big closets. Gated and has security guard on weekends. Staff is nice and always helpful.
Great apartment We really love how unique our apartment is. When you enter our front door you go up stairs which is in our apartment. We love our rooms, we have a 2 bedroom, they are divided by our living room and kitchen. There are washer dryer hookups and refrigerated air is included. The bathrooms are spacious and have beautiful mirrors. The only negative aspect I can think of is the kitchen is small and has little storage. Amazing! I have lived here for 6 months, and I love it! Quick, effecient maintenance, friendly staff, and a beautiful complex overall. A lovely pool, reflection pool with fountains surrounded by an outdoor fireplace, and an atrium that is heated during the winter. Upscale living inside and out!
