Great location for families with you kids nice, quiet community with lots of young families. Situated with easy freeway access to the 35, bus routes, and close to lots of amenities including restutaunts, shopping, and movie theaters. The complex sits right next to the elementary school so if you have school aged children that's a plus. Some of the community amenities include multiple pools, playground, dog park, workout area, reserved covered parking, fitness center, and 6-day curbside trash pickup. Great location to live! Get away from Seattle and the crazies. I like living at The Mill, it's quiet and nice, town center is literally across the street. Traffic noise is audible but not bad. Neighbors are friendly and the apartments are relatively renovated decently. Staff is pretty responsive as well.

resort lifestyle The apartments are really nice with large tubs and granite counters. a 2 bedroom which i am in now is barely enough room for a family of 4. The tall ceilings are extremely nice which give it an open feeling. the washer/dryer are full size. the storage options are minimal unless you want to rent a garage too. Social, Clean and Convenient Addison at Keller Springs is located close to most major highways and tollways, shopping, movies and great restaurants. It is a great place to socialize while at the pool or at the clubhouse which has free Starbucks and hot chocolate-great perks! The gym is better than most apartment gyms. Modern & quiet living This is the third apartment I have lived in, and by far the most comfortable I've been. It's in a great location, just seconds from the highway and great dining choices. The staff is courteous and always do what they can to help you if something needs fixed(usually within a day). A washer and dryer is provided in the unit, which I've never had in any previous apartment. I would recommend this complex to a college student or business professional.
Everything I Need Then Some Only two weeks in. No complaints for this awesome community. I could not have been more fortunate than to land in so great of a spot. The price though! Same as what I paid for a "studio" back East. Difference? Oh more space and a layout where the kitchen is not in bed with me. Closet is its own Universe. Decent This complex isn't terrible but not the greatest either. The area is very convenient. It's south of the Galleria, but minutes from Rice Village, Midtown, Downtown, etc. The building has multiple highway and street access: 59, 610, Westpark, etc. With all that said, the building is a bit on the dirty side. It wouldn't take much to clean, perhaps a power wash of the walls and hallways. The other tenants aren't the greatest either. Best Apartment for the Money Lived here in the complex twice now... Amazing place. Great pool, 2 natural gas grills (piped in, no need for tanks), cybex workout equipment in the fitness center, and more sq ft for per dollar than anywhere else in the neighborhood.
