Cottage Bay Apartments Cottage bay offers a variety of different things to do with the kids in our community. They really reach out and help the families here with school supplies, homework meetings. That's what caught our eye when looking for a home. Not including the skylight.
Great place to get a studio Apartments have nice floors and renovated kitchens with newer appliances, giving it a nice modern feel. It's just a few minutes' drive from the subway station. High ceilings make even a 450 sq ft studio feel larger. The biggest downside is that it is under the landing path for Bob Hope Airport so sometimes you'll hear a plane on its descent. Sound doesn't get into the apartments super easily though, I rarely even hear my neighbors.
We like it and so does our dog! What isn't there to like about this apartment?! The location is great, there's a pool, tennis court, beautiful landscaping, helpful staff, cozy lobby area (with free wifi), and dog park! We like that we are close to everything we need inluding H-E-B, Walmart, Target, and plenty of restaurants. The pool is well-maintained and spacious. The tennis court is really nice! Decent Apartment I want to start off by saying oak forest is not that bad. The apartment is well kept and modern looking, and for the original price I paid for my two bedroom, everything was worth it. You even get a free covered parking space(though mines is quite far from my apartment). Then things started changing. My rent increased dramatically, half of the apartment complex was painted a new color, roaches appeared, maintenance became slow to respond. But the worst came a few weeks ago. Happy Camper My family and I have lived at our apartments for over a year now. They have exceeded every possibility for us. Love them!
Quiet And Lovely I moved here in May of 2015, although it may be pricey for a 1 bedroom apartment I enjoy the amenities that my money pays for. The property is clean, the pools are beautiful, the staff is helpful and the apartment is nice! The onlly downfa I've had so far is not getting my gate card and gym card right away. Besides that I'm enjoying my stay!
