Providence Uptown Providence Uptown is average. It's changed drastically in the 4 years I've been there - from college students and young adults to families, people in town on business and people new to the country. Management is fine, but don't expect maintenance requests to be addressed in less than 3 days or the grass to cut more than once every two weeks. For the price and location, it's alright. But with all the new complexes in the area and competitive pricing, look elsewhere.
Good while it lasted If you are moving to the Antelope Valley for any reason the Number one place to look at is Chaparral Apartments. Its green park like atmosphere, quiet neighbors and nice sized apartments make coming home feel like a vacation. I've lived here for about a year and a half. country club creek nice apartments with easy access to shopping and bus routes, too many children for older people
MTV status This is a really nice apartment a little pricey its very green and relaxing its a huge complex , others who visit say its like being in another city , I love it here
Harbor Terrace This is an extremely nice building and is kept clean constantly. It has a nice common area to lounge in and a gym that is accessible 24/7. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and funny. The common area is filled with nice tables and benches along with red sun umbrella for shade. The other renters are friendly when you see them. There's lots of little stores around and transportation. If you like quiet and clean this would be the place.
Home feel Community My apartment is a cozy place just right for myself and my daughter. It has just the right amount of space for 2. I love the private setting and the beautiful pine trees right outside my door. The interior has Great wood floors in kitchen and both bathrooms. Both bedrooms and living room are met with carpeting that is soft to the touch. The whole community has a warm welcoming feeling and is just perfect to call home.
Average Rating Apartment! This is a good apartment complex to live in if you are working downtown or in the Galleria area. The maintenance is relatively on time with requests that are put in. The pool area is maintained well and is newly renovated. The front desk crew are very helpful and caring for any issues and request that we give. Overall, I would recommend living here.
Canyons at 45 West My apartments are nice and very quiet. I have been living there for almost 4 months and I enjoy the view and the peace. I haven't had any problems and i feel safe and welcome in my environment.
Mansions @ Moses Lake The complex is new and each apartment boasts garden tubs and huge walk in closets. It is quiet with beautiful outdoor areas and a huge sparkling pool. We have an outdoor running track for residents only. I love coming home to a beautiful apartment and am proud to call this place home.
