The Bungalows This is one of the best apartments that I have ever stayed at. They are very friendly and very understanding to any situation that you have at hand. If you are in El Paso then "The Bungalows of Hueco Valley" is the apartment that you want to stay at.
Great location The Paddock Club is great place to live. The area is safe and the landscaping is well maintained. The complex has a lake to fish, pool, workout room and a dog park. The location is very convenient to highways, shopping and restaurants. The apartments are also located in a great school district. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also maintenance is handled quickly. Come take a look you won't be disappointed.
Revolving staff, friendly maintanence I've lived here for 7 years and the majority of the time has been decent. The office staff went from superb to less-than good during year 3. Maintenance is friendly and competent. There has only been one instance of roach infestation during the 2013 summer. Other than that, I'd say if you want a comfortable, safe place to live, this is a good choice, and absolutely centrally located.
Great to start but has gone downhill I have lived at Echo for 2 years now and I do like the location a lot. When I first moved in the complex was fantastic. There wasn't much trash on the grounds, they encouraged recycling, and the office staff were easy to talk to and hangout around. Now, after a change of ownership and a name change (changed to Echo) things have decreased. There is trash on the grounds, along with a lot of dog poo that isn't picked up. Okay The location is pretty convenient, no doubt, but the neighborhood isn't amazin; They are expanding and nicer things are coming. The complex itself is pretty good, they have washer and dryer connections but sometimes they are very bad at returning your calls or even answering the phone at all. Overall, its a nice place but needs improvement.
Oak Park I recently moved into a one bedroom and I love it. It's completely upgraded and the perfect fit for what I need. The front office is staffed with leasing agents who are friendly and personable. They know what they are doing and are prompt in getting work orders done.
New Start Look like a great place. The website is very good at covering all the big questions that really matter. Its almost like being at the place yourself. The best part is that all the numbers for the apartments actually work! LOL. So one is able to talk to someone instead of getting a voicemail.

Luxury Apartments with attached garages and entrances to elevated l single and multiple bedroom lofts. Includes washer and dryer, full kitchen and all appliances. Latest trends in community living. Gated security. Near shopping centers and quiet neighborhood. Pets accepted with deposit.
I LOVE IT I WENT TO SEE THE APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL AND MANAGEMENT IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL LOVE THAT WE GOT APPROVED FOR OUR APARTMENT
