Love this place! I've lived at Riverside for over a year now. I absolutely love it here. I never here my upstairs neighbor or surrounding neighbors. It is always clean and the grounds are kept up. They also actually have resident events, unlike some places who say they do and never did like the last complex I lived at. The office staff is very friendly and they know everyone's name. Top choice and friendly staff!!! Me and my husband have been here about 4 months and I must say I am blown away by this place. The staff first off is incredibly friendly! I usually deal with Krista or Chris, both incredible customer service, not to mention charm! We absolutely love our apartment and the updates the property has been doing. So many new updates!! Avila has been a great place to live for the past 2 months or so. Here lately the community has been doing a great job on updates to the grounds and making it a great place to live. Everyone in the office is so nice when I have contacted them and any maintenance issues have been addressed immediately!! Thank you Avila for being an amazing place to live!!

Love the changes!! I've lived here for a few months and I've seen so many improvements in that short amount of time. It's refreshing to be somewhere where they not only care about maintaining their property but also continue to make it better. I love that everything is brand new in my apartment and my dogs & I both love that there is a real dog park here which makes things so much easier.

Love my new apartment!! I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and this is by far the best I've ever rented!! The pool is amazing, I love working out in the huge fitness center, and my apartment is beautiful! I even have a small yard that I can enjoy with my dog. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect for my commute, I hop right onto Westpark Tollway. If you are looking for a very nice, clean, top-of-the-line apartment you should visit this property.
