Beatiful The property of the Sandstone Apartment complex is beautiful, the pool is well cared for and the staff is the best and friendliest I have known since I myself worked as a porter in Galveston, Texas.
Spending Monwy On Things that arent bejng put to proper use in thw lease Staying at Mountain Ranch it's been hectic at times quite difficult. At times I feel like Im not given the proper customer service when it comes to maintenance or having to deal with lost rent checks. This is frustrating and hopefully the free rent can relieve such frustration.
Anon I have quite enjoyed these apartments over the past year. The office staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and is very good about giving regular emails when issues need to be addressed. The apartment is clean and has been well kept from previous owners, and it is a suitable price for the amenities. I would recommend it to anyone!
Good location and well maintained apartment complex Great value for location. The Galleria is only a few blocks from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants nearby on Westheimer. The pool in the apartment complex is well maintained. However if you live by the pool, there you will sometimes hear noise from there even at night. Great Updated Apartments I have lived at Southwest Pines for nearly a year. The staff is very courteous and professional. Anything that has needed repair (nothing too serious) have been fixed within 24 hours. I have a spacious 2br/2ba apartment with a nice balcony, large windows, and updated appliances. Very modern looking. It is gated, with security staffed at night. Basketball court and nice sized pool are on site, with plenty of parking so I have never had to park away from my building. Our Space Our apartment complex is a great place to live, it offers 1, 2 or 3 rooms in varies sizes all which are spacious and nice.It's convenient location gives us a walking distance to many department stores as well as restaurants.The staff is always friendly, active and strives for excellence within the community, our needs are always very well met. Other features that give comfort is the maintenance of the large salt water pool and it's fenced child playground and pet park. I am very happy to call this place my home.

A decent place to live Management here has always been nice and helpful with anything my husband and I need. My dogs love to play in the dog park area. The pool, although a bit small for a decent sized complex, is well-maintained and clean.
Clean and Professional Close to shopping stores and dining for the family. The management team is very professional and the location is very appealing.
