Verified Renter The apartment is really nice but the staff in the office is not very nice & has a huge communication problem . You constantly have to go to the office just to get things done & a compulsive liar .

Verified Renter Worst experience I have ever had renting apartments. Massively infested with roaches from day 1. Make ready never cleaned the unit prior to move in. Maintenance takes forever. 1st summer was given 1 window unit for a 2 bedroom with the rest of the unit averaging 90 degrees. Office staff was unconcerned. I had to do a sit-in just to get the 1 window unit. Cabinet doors are falling apart. New manager refused to engage in an interactive dialogue for disability accommodations for over a month. Bad Service I placed a maintenance order before moving in, about a month and a half ago. The fridge was cosmetically and functionally unacceptable,.you can see the picture. A guy showed up a week ago, took a look and said he'll come the next day and he never showed up. To my surprise I received a text and email showing the order status change from open to cancelled and the fridge is still in its trash state. Do NOT get tempted when they show you a sample unit, you'll get stuck. Think a thousand tine before renting here

Verified Renter Had a few issues but overall it is good. Hot water was lukewarm warm, stove is unacceptable( dirty under oven handle and can’t read the temperature gauges on front, several cabinets painted shut and haven’t been able to open.) Tenants do not clean up after pets, unable to use laundry room as no instructions on how to use as machines don’t take quarters.

Verified Renter Beautiful location. Disappointed about neighbors and multiple maintenance issues. Sophia is the leasing agent who greets you when you first arrive and she's wonderful!!! Any issue I've had she listens and advises me on what to do. All the ladies in the office are professional and nice.

Verified Renter I have only had bad experiences with this community. It unfortunate because it has great potential. I hope they become better. They will need to be more responsive and handle tenants issues timely.

Verified Renter The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.

Verified Renter The office should communicate with residents. I’ve had issues since I’ve moved into the unit. I finally have a washer after months of “waiting” on a part to come in.

Verified Renter Very uncomfortable living in my unit. I’ve been a tenant for over 15 years. In the last year I’ve been dealing with these roaches. Very unhappy
