Think before you move I lived in this apartment for 14 years now. When I first move here, under a different management it was good and they tend to your needs right away if something needs to be fix in your unit. But, as time goes on under a new management this place sucks and does not care about the tenants needs. These are just some of the complains that I know that it takes forever for the maintenance to come to fix something in your unit. Verified Renter This community used to be great, but lately the staff is not helpful. Don't bother with referrals, they will never pay you anyway. They tack on made up fees and up charges every month, which you have to dispute. Maintenance is overworked, so they never show up, and when they do they don't have the budget to fix or replace anything.

Do not live here unless you can't afford anything else. If you want $400 taken out of your security deposit after leaving the apartment in better condition than you received it, then live here... My ac was broken when I first moved in. I complained about multiple times they *fixed it" a week or two later after each request. It would only go as low as 75-77 during the summer and then they told me it was just the way the commercial ac worked and told me to close my shades. Made no sense. Verified Renter Mostly good experiences. Grass, bushes and tree maintenance could use considerable improvement. Handyman team are top notch. Office staff continually refuse to return calls or follow up on issues. Very frustrating.

Verified Renter Staff has been very helpful, but there were things I had problems with in the unit right as I moved in. I received the wrong mailbox key, one of the showers in my unit does not get get hot, and there were roaches the day I moved in. The washer and dryer work great, I had no issues getting WIFI, and I like the amount of storage.

Verified Renter Too many evil,spiteful, mentally ill, miserable, drug addicts, Loitering, thieving, trashy, stalking beings in these living spaces, unsafe and no penalties enforced to control a roach!
