Verified Renter The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very frustrating be... read more

Verified Renter Bad communication changed my apartment at the last minute turned in an inventory sheet and they still haven’t came to fix what was on the sheet and I also put in a maintenance request that has yet to be completed

Not worth the cost Apartments are over priced especially in relation to square footage and amenities (1 bedroom 1 bath same cost of a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome with a parking spot), office staff unwilling to work with residents (not very knowledgeable and am positive won’t get any of my deposit back since a ton of issues will likely be found), office does not follow through (had a walk through with pictures in December to see about about moving to a bigger unit and never heard back regarding it. Verified Renter Horrible management. !!!!!!!They say one thing in email and another in person. On top of that she has an ugly attitude……..there is always some type of miscommunication.

Verified Renter Roaches inside my apartment, and rusted pipes causing brown water to flow when turned on. Spider webs surround the outside of my front door which leads to insects attempting to enter.

Verified Renter Desiree and Kristin are AMAZING! I love the office staff. It is the management company who once again dragged their feet so residents were unable to enjoy the pool (4th out of the 5 summers I have been here. ) I moved here because of the pool… and almost every summer there is a problem that they wait UNTIL the summer to work on which leaves us unable to use the amenities promised at move in. AGAIN THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE AMAZING! So if you want a usable pool go elsewhere. If you don't care ... read more

Verified Renter Place is nice, but I pay for parking, and in the three months I’ve lived here, I’ve had to report my spot being taken four times, and one of those four, the resident who had taken my spot was extremely hostile to me, and a friend I had with me. I emailed the office, to no response, and have since seen this same resident park their vehicle in numerous reserved spots, with their own verbal admission that they do not have a reserved spot of their own. Verified Renter Overall, not positive severe lack of communication from management staff rent is excessive for the amenities is provided. Pool is very rarely cleaned, even though they close it weekly for cleaning frequently there’s debris in the pool. My car was towed from a reserve spot that I pay for monthly. Maintenance issues are swept under the rug and take months to complete.

Worst living experience ever Me and my husband have lived here 3 years. Ive rented over 5 different apartments and this is the worst living experience we both have ever had. Place is not kept up, office never answers the phone, and it will take months if u have any repairs.
