Verified Renter Well this is the second review for the complex, honestly I like to leave there! But there a few things that haven’t been fix in the gym, treadmill been put for the past to months, cleaning in the gym only once I send emails of complaints! Pool rules are not being followed people are always smoking and drinking in there! Trash pickup not always shows up to do their job, I can’t find parking spots at 7:00 pm because there a-lot of cars that are not parked that are not residents.

Verified Renter It was good up until just before the 4th of July. Literally CANT pay my rent online. CALLED SEVERAL numbers to talk to someone and can’t get a single person. It’s literally middle of the day/afternoon and the office is “closed” like this is some bs. I’m not paying no late fee due to the lack of them not making it payable anywhere. You can’t pay them with a cashiers check so what do we do…
Fake photos They are not showing the mailbox being ripped from the wall and refuse to fix. They are not showing the entrance gate broken so anyone can come in and break into your place. They are not showing how they forced you to pay $40 a month for trash collection when the trash collectors refuse to pick up your trash. They are not showing how the walkways and stairways are so dirty and they rarely pressure wash those areas. Verified Renter Living at The Hendry has been disappointing from the start. I’ve had an issue with my sink since I moved in, and despite multiple requests, it’s never been properly fixed. To make matters worse, I was charged for damage to the sink drain that I had absolutely nothing to do with. Could be better There’s always random people that don’t live here coming to the pool every weekend. Sometimes families of 15+. Never any parking because they don’t fix the gate. What’s the point in giving tenants pool bracelets if they don’t enforce it?
