Verified Renter Cockroaches that cannot be exterminated. Even if pest control comes it doesn’t help even a little bit. Having to move because of this issue because they’ve been here the entire time only getting worse.

Verified Renter The building was fine besides the water damage to the baseboards. Outside the apartments is quite dirty, the leasing office is not super easy to get ahold of & if you have a problem after 6pm, its impossible. They charged us for every little thing they could, you don't even get free parking, you have to pay no matter what. Trash valet is nice, if you don't have more than one bag of trash, otherwise they won't pick up & they often make a mess of things. Slummy The management is disrespectful and the buildings and grounds are in disrepair. The lease is filled with so much fine print and 'gotcha' clauses that it's borderline criminal. They may be super nice to you when you are about to sign the lease, but they are not listening to your needs; they just see you as a dollar sign.

Verified Renter I had a wonderful experience until my car was damaged under the 1st night at the carport. I've since cancelled the carport as someone in the area thinks its acceptable to smash side windows in. I'm still optimistic for time at the pool as it's a beautiful facility, that needs security cameras.

don’t move here The walls were extremely thin, you could hear the neighbors doing their business, people fighting outdoors. Hell there was a time that we heard a couple having a physical altercation inside their own unit, which the building was about 10-15 ft away from mine. While i was inside of our own unit with tv playing. - extremely thin walls. The AC units are extremely outdated. Ours never cooled down the unit. Roach infested Been here 2 years and nothing has gotten fixed . dishwasher broken since day 1 . Patio door broken since day 1 . Roaches are getting out of control. Just unacceptable . referral is a Joke got the run around for a referral and still didn’t get it. Never referring anyone again.
