A Concerning Living Experience BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE I'm a current resident and have been for the past 10 months. Living here will make you feel like a cash cow waiting to be milked and scared by the end of your lease. Apartment quality - It's fine, as it should be for it being a newer complex. Verified Renter I was lied to when going over the apartment application and while viewing apartment model unit. Never was I told my unit would come with black kitchen cabinets, and to top it off they were chipped. The restroom came with black cabinets as well which was all a surprise because I was in the assumption that it was going to be similar to the model unit. Verified Renter Apartment are a good size but that is the only good thing I can say about this complex. Not safe, cars get broken into, staff is not friendly, and now pool is closed indefinitely.

Verified Renter Not a bad place for the price. The only real big complaint would have to be the people and not cleaning up after their pets .. there are so many times when I see the owner just turn around and walk the other way instead of cleaning up after them.

Overrated 1. staff is rude unless you're giving them money, but they would rather threaten you with an eviction 5 days into the month to get some new residents in then to be courteous. 2. maintenance team is constantly changing. their work is mediocre at best. 3 work orders later, the kitchen sink faucet and stove still didn't work properly. Verified Renter Gym is no longer accessible (also faulty old equipment they said they'd fix 2 years ago when I moved in and I've heard while people tour thy promise the same) it's only open during office hours which close at 530pm. So if you have a job... You virtually can't use the gym. Even on Saturday the office has been locked during their scheduled open office hours. Property full of dog waste. Just don't This place is not what it used to be. It was amazing years ago but has really lost it's luster. I made the mistake of going back after moving away. It was during covid so I had to do a virtual tour. I felt so bamboozled when I finally got the apartment. I'll never fall for that again.
