Going through it… My family and I moved in here over a year ago and we’ve had at least 4 different managers and staff members as well. We’ve been living with mold in our unit and a constant leak from our hot water heater and dishwasher. Our dishwasher hasn’t been working for 3 months and they keep telling us to wash them like the old days until they order a new one. They’ve sent out vendors to come fix the leak but all they’re doing is painting over the mold instead of taking the Sheetrock out and replacing it. Our AC had we... read more

Verified Renter Office staff is rude. No on call maintenance. Pool is always closed. Can’t retain maintenance employees. Good community but horrible place to live because of staff and maintenance issues.

I never write reviews, but I My wife and I had a terrible experience with the property management. The first month there the a/c unit flooded the bathroom and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Then the next week it went completely out, they put a small a/c unit in the living room, but the bedroom wouldn’t cool down. It took almost a month to get a new a/c unit. Verified Renter While the apartments and amenities are satisfactory, I have observed a persistent issue with dog waste in the dog park, likely due to some tenants neglecting to clean up after their pets. Additionally, the trash cans near the pool frequently remain full, indicating a need for more frequent emptying. It would be beneficial if the hallways could be cleaned more regularly. Verified Renter It has gone downhill since the new management took over. They canceled our individual wifi and switched over to a community wifi, which is far slower and makes things difficult for those of us who work from home. The complex is generally far less clean than it was before. They seem to be doing “improvements” that nobody asked for (such as replacing the caulk in the parking lot and lowering the latches on the dog park gates) while neglecting important issues like pest control.

Verified Renter The first floor is the garage. I'm on the second floor. It's very noisy. The living room is good as a whole, but it would be better if there were chairs. Only the main building has a swimming pool and a gym, and the gym is very small.

Verified Renter Overall the apartments and amenities are nice. However my move in process has been chaotic and unorganized. Office staff are unprofessional and lack communication skills.

Verified Renter There are many roaches in the apartment especially in kitchen and bathroom even if areas are clean. I use roach spray and bait and they are still here

Do Not Move Here The management staff are heartless, arrogant, rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. Management does not respond to calls or e-mails. The lease renewal incentives are a joke so that they can offer new residents 2 months of free rent but trust me it's not worth it and you too will feel scammed shortly after you move here. The office is also closed on the weekend which is when there are the most issues.
