Verified Renter Mostly good experiences. Grass, bushes and tree maintenance could use considerable improvement. Handyman team are top notch. Office staff continually refuse to return calls or follow up on issues. Very frustrating.

Verified Renter Staff has been very helpful, but there were things I had problems with in the unit right as I moved in. I received the wrong mailbox key, one of the showers in my unit does not get get hot, and there were roaches the day I moved in. The washer and dryer work great, I had no issues getting WIFI, and I like the amount of storage.

Verified Renter They are busy trying to get new customers……….. But after you become a customer it’s hard to communicate with people working at the office. They charge management every 6 months or so

Verified Renter Too many evil,spiteful, mentally ill, miserable, drug addicts, Loitering, thieving, trashy, stalking beings in these living spaces, unsafe and no penalties enforced to control a roach! Not worth a nickel! Would not recommend to a dead dog. Wish I could get All my hard earned money back! Smdh

Verified Renter The apartment wasn't properly cleaned. I took pictures of the washroom with stuff between the washer and dryer. Trash and dirt on top of the hot water heater. My move in process was a hassle. I work graveyard shift and told them that I would be there to pick up my keys at 9am when they opened, I didn't get my keys until almost 10am. Then the keys that they gave me didn't work, so I had to walk back down 3 flights of steps, go back to office and tell them that the keys didn't work. This was very frustrating be... read more

Verified Renter Bad communication changed my apartment at the last minute turned in an inventory sheet and they still haven’t came to fix what was on the sheet and I also put in a maintenance request that has yet to be completed

Not worth the cost Apartments are over priced especially in relation to square footage and amenities (1 bedroom 1 bath same cost of a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome with a parking spot), office staff unwilling to work with residents (not very knowledgeable and am positive won’t get any of my deposit back since a ton of issues will likely be found), office does not follow through (had a walk through with pictures in December to see about about moving to a bigger unit and never heard back regarding it.
