Verified Renter Horrible. Not happy move in. & office does not respond to emails or calls. Only 1 pool open by the leasing office. Other pool is closed & dirty which should be clean & open as the apartment complex is huge & 1 pool is not enough - it does get full.

Verified Renter Management is disappointing. The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude and not helpful. I’m not comfortable going down to them the girl and the other guy at the front desk are amazing but the management is horrible. Elevators are always broken. Gates are always broken. Now they’re closing on Wednesday also so we can get packages or Deliveries. Just didn’t expect this when I moved here

Verified Renter We all hate it here since the new management. That is why not if all tenants have left. There is no groundskeeper to keep up with the grounds or the overall building. Management is beyond unprofessional. If you talk to them, about a concern. They tell you it is not their problem.

Verified Renter This used to be a great property. Now it has gone downhill. Multiple manager changes, doors always broken, promise of a food truck weekly and it only happened once, among other things! Would be nice if you could call the office and someone actually answer the phone and help you.

Verified Renter I’ve been here 4 years and in that time frame I truly adored how maintenance would out immediately assess the situation resolve the problems but now it may take up to a week for them to come out and then another week to resolve the problem. Management is not as transparent as it used to be

Cheap rent not worth the headache Gates been broken for over 6 months and management won't fix it. I've seen cars on blocks from wheels being stolen, neighbors car converters stolen, broken windows, and my car has been broken into. The property is not maintained and the grass will get about 12-18in before they mow it. Earlier this year the grass got over 2ft high. Staff is friendly, but management is poor. You are better off paying slightly more for nicer units, property, and security

The community has been neglected and is not being maintained to the standards of “luxury apartments.” Trash has been accumulating everywhere (e.g., food scraps, broken glass, cans, bottles, paper products, dog poop). Save your money and move else where. If you’re looking for an apartment home that actually cares about your residency and tends to you, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ve been a resident here for 2 years and nothing is wrong with the apartment unit itself, but the community and management is something I would steer clear of.
