Headache after headache If you stay here beware not to live in the last building unless you want to live with trashy people. Awful.

Verified Renter Covid-19 is a new way we have to change how we experience life, apartments arent able to be previewed before signing your lease. So its hard to understand why during this time certain COVID guidelines or exceptions arent put into place. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my apartment yet all that can be done according to a staff member is the lease could be canceled I will still be charged the full year and it will be reported to the credit. Verified Renter Inside of the apartment is actually decent, layout great for roomate scenarios. The staff is very polite but security is aweful. I would recommend this place to no one at this point in time, unless I hated them.

Poor management I moved in 7 months ago and I started to experience pest infections at the beginning of my lease. I have informed the former and current management all they did was to send pest control. It did not stop. When rainy days came , i found my bedroom flooded which confirmed what I thought the apartment is not isolated from outside. I inspected closely the walls and noticed that there were gaps between the walls and the floors basically insects from outside enter freely. Would they understand that? nope.They keep s... read more

Verified Renter Dont waste your time or hard earned money on this place. Its HIGH MAINTENANCE and to top it off they dint even have an emergency contact.

Horrible. The staff and management are all smiles and sunshine until you sign a lease, then it gets real. Real unprofessional and negligent. Construction is exceptionally poor, don't believe the facade. electrical wiring is suspect at best (plugging a hand mixer into the kitchen outlet consistently causes the breaker to flip, and I've been shocked more than once, I don't think the outlets are properly grounded). Verified Renter Very small apartments and way over priced, management sucks at resolving issues and getting back to you. Maintenance team also unprofessional at doing job I could've done their job.

Spend more somewhere else AC never worked good enough to keep the apartment luke warm. Maintenance can't fix them. They want to constantly raise the rent with no improves to justify the increase.
