Horrible place to live The trash over flows this place it’s never clean porches parking lots stairways full of trash! Staff will not help or even get to be helpful in any situation. The maint staff never completes request. The pet poop is outrages. The staff will even enter your apt with no permission. Just horrible can’t wait till lease end ! By the way most units are full of mildew
Very Bad Management is very rude and disrespectful. They do not care about their residents comfort or life.
gone downhill These apartments used to be owned and managed by great people, but after being bought out a few years ago everything has gone downhill. The apartment complex is full of meth heads now, and there are now always people fighting in one of the too close apartments nearby. Even the little aesthetic pleasures have been taken away. They spray the property with roundup regularly, killing all the mosses and small plants, leaving the soil to erode, and they rake up all the fallen flowers in the spring, and vacuum the lea... read more
Appointment fiasco I had an appointment to view an apartment. When I arrived at the leasing office, all the apartments were rented and they did not have the decency to let me know. I drove across town in Friday afternoon traffic If you make an appointment with them, call to verify before you go.
Maintenance is poor Maintenance is very slow and poor which is the biggest flaw. They need to definitely hire more maintenance staff.

Verified Renter Not very satisfied with my experience with the new greystar crew. previous management company made sure apartment rules were followed and enforced. Current managers just sit in the office all day. the only way to talk to them is by physically walking in. Also on move in my apartment had paintdrops on every surface and cabinet.
Worst experience Management was super worst. The management employee were so rude and awful.
