Horrible One of the worst apartments iv'e ever lived. I definitely would not recommend these apartments.

Do NOT live here. The Mill is just that, a mill for people who can't afford someplace better and are forced to move on when their lease ends and their rent is invariably raised. Flooding on their grounds has gone unresolved for three months and they won't even give me the courtesy of a reply to my complaints. Don't give them your money

Run far far away! When I first moved into these apts I had roaches extremely bad, I had a 3 month old baby and had to keep all of her bottles and formula wrapped up right so that roaches would not get into it, the apts didn’t care, I had to call pest control myself to try and fix the problem as well as get pest spray from Home Depot across the street, my car and my apt was broken into and the apts did not care nor did they try to fix the situation, move me u it’s or let me out of my lease, they never even fixed my door when ... read more

Dangerous Parking Garage The parking garage is constantly filled with broken glass from break-ins on the 4-6th floors. The complex hired a security guard at one time, but he is no longer employed at the complex. There have been no further moves made to protect residents.

Would not recommend... (Verified Renter) Would not recommend first floor, noisy(dogs) upstairs maybe kids but you can hear everything

Do not be deceived by the smiles and nice exterior Staff is unreliable and there is a huge lack of communication that will cause you an inconvenience and they will do the minimum just to get you to shut up! It’s a rip off and major disappointment. Go look elsewhere, I wish I had!

Beware - Theft Problem, Quick to Evict, Nitpicky for the Wrong Reasons I will try to be as objective as possible, but please understand how frustrated I am with this property and management. 1. They changed their billing system about 5-6 months ago. I had already set up automatic payments on the old system, which that system already deducted from my bank account. Horrible service I waited a month for a simple repair. Once they came they said they would have to come back. Waited 3months total until housing stepped in and told us not to pay rent then they were very hasty and decided to fix everything at once which took almost 6 months for everything...
