Spend more somewhere else AC never worked good enough to keep the apartment luke warm. Maintenance can't fix them. They want to constantly raise the rent with no improves to justify the increase.

Bad place They ask you to move-in right away but the unit is not ready yet. manager/assistant rely only what maintenance told them . they should check so they know if everything is done, I move with no door fix window . no door at the patio storage, and MANAGER (ARON) said its livable. the day I move in the maintenance guy is not done fixing the tub its still some crack on it. big dogs around (pitbull no leash ) dirty laundry . trash everywhere. Verified Renter Love the property and maintenance is great. However, leasing agents can be rude and they think theyre making you a favor every time you ask anything.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I have no idea how this so called apartment complex can maintain a 4 star review with how many negative reviews it gets. Sac properties took over this property and it went downhill within 2 days. The management team here is is absolutely terrible. The location is terrible. Crime here is something else I lived here for 3 years my car got stolen three times. Car got broken into 20 plus times. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Not reliable Apartment is very nice looking, but parking is difficult to find and help is hard to get ahold of. Not worth how expensive they are.
Ridiculous Barely any visitor's parking and barely any permit parking. Permit parking is always being taken by cars without a permit and when asking the staff about it, they give you a number to a towing company that never picks up the phone. If you're okay with hiking to your apartment, getting rude customer service, and maintenance that doesn't pick up the phone , go ahead and live here.
