Yikes So Many Fees! Aside from all the bad reviews, I cannot believe all the fees and how they nickel and dime you here. Do apartments not realize you can rent a nice house for less than what these apartments want to charge people? Scandalous!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE If I could give zero stars I would. The management is by far the worst management I’ve dealt with. My granddaughter lived there for less than a month and during that time there was a drive by shooting and the following day my granddaughter was attacked outside of her apartment which caused her to need emergency surgery. I have never in my life experienced such dishonest, unprofessional, and petty people. They will suck you dry for every drop of money you have, hidden fees, and let's not talk about moving out fees. Verified Renter I do love the community here the residents are all friendly. I also like our current management, leasing agents, and the head maintenance man, but I think there's to much wrong with the apartments for them to be able to stay on top and take care of everything that needs to be done. The previous maintenance work over the years has also all been temporary fixed, unfinished, or not done at all even though they said they've done it.
Wish I could break my lease Currently living here for 4 years. New property management and they increased the rent extremely high. About 60% higher than before. Elevator is always out of order. People still mail from the mail room. Gym has a tv but no signal so it’s pointless. No more bbq grills. They removed seating outside and after 6 months they finally put some outside. Everyone needs trash outside the trash shoot. Dogs pee anywhere and everywhere. I wish I would break my lease.

Horrible, Absolute horrible place to live!!! It is now like the Hhetto of Mill Creek. Very small apartments. There are some very horrible neighbors that try to break into apts, peep in apartment windows & constant harassment. Makes you wonder why they allow some horrible people to move in especially for the rent that's charged. I want out but dont have the money to move. Hot tub has not worked since we moved in. Never try to fix it. I would never recommend living here. You are much better finding another community to live at... read more

Horrible One of the worst apartments iv'e ever lived. I definitely would not recommend these apartments.
