Verified Renter Allora Bella Terra has been my home since 2018. I have never had an issue before, and it has been a great, quiet place since, but just happened to experience one issue in my unit, and it feels like I cant count with responsibility, or sense of ownership from the new management.
Too high They over charge you yea your rent be this price then the next it's something else what you sign up for you don't get and they don't fix stuff I went a week without air in my apartment
Verified Renter This is the worst community Ive ever been apart of. Nothing but issues since the day I moved in and little to no help from the community staff.
Beware of Sierra New management Sierra at fall creek experience. I usually avoid putting bad reviews but I didn't stop myself writing my experience. I spend 4 years at this apartment and had a very good experience for first 3 years. Good location near to my office Halliburton, Good management, supportive staff but things have changed completely on 4th year with new management has taken over the charge. Just don’t First of all, they don’t fix anything that’s broken. I am my own maintenance man. Poop everywhere. Broken stairs and rails. Holes everywhere. Owner is greedy but doesn’t use his money to fix anything.
Do Not Move Here Have lived here since these apartments were called Mountain Ranch. Nothing has changed except “new management” and slapping some paint on the outside of each building. The back gate has never been repaired. There was a leak towards the back of the property that literally caused a mini waterfall to form because it took them a few weeks to get it fixed, which by the way is still not safe (they just threw some wood on top of the hole they made). Unhelpful Leasing Agents This review is based off my tour of the apartment. Upon arriving, none of the two ladies sitting at their desks greeted me until I said something. I wasn’t even sure if I was supposed to enter their office area so I just kind of awkwardly stood in the doorway. They told me it was a self guided tour which I understood. No no no no I’m glad I stayed here it was so terrible that it motivated me to buy my first house as soon as possible, this place is the absolute worst
Okay but never again Is it clean? Yes! What else is good about it? Nothing!!!!! The crystal lady in the office is never there and never picks up the phone, if you have any issues with your neighbors or appliances, might as well forget about it, rent is crazy and it is not worth the money
