Water is shut off at least once If I can give this apartment a zero I would. Water is shut off at least once a month with no explanation and all you get is a sorry for the inconvenience. This apartment is terrible, I currently live in Phase 2 and I promise you do not move here

Terrible. Look elsewhere Management had 6 weeks to pass a pool inspection, fails inspection, keeping pool closed for the entire time. Owners refuse to give discount on rent despite not providing amenities advertised. Don't expect to use the pool if you come here.
No Pool As Advertised Unfortunately this apartment complex became less than ideal when management changed. The new payment system is awful. The pool has also been closed for 6+ weeks due to them forgetting to schedule an inspection, then failing the inspection they had weeks to prepare for, and now they claim it's closed because a part is on back order. I personally chose this apartment complex over others for the nice pool. I guess jokes on me since I can't use it.
the worst place to live If you value your items I do not recommend living here. If I could I would give this place a negative stars if could. Management won’t do anything to help you if someone vandalizes your property. You will lose sleep living here. My cars tires and rims were stolen, someone smashed my window and management said it’s normal don’t worry about it. Absolutely worst place to live in.
Awful, don’t move here Huge mistake moving here. NO MAIL (go wait an hour at USPS anytime you need mail). NO POOL. There’s BUGS. You can’t get packages, they keep locking the gate and not letting in Amazon/FedEx. Made up fees. Awful.
GVA Is very shady New management came in and screwed us over. They don’t give notices on changes we had water sub meter and they changed it to allocated but they didn’t send a notice. They changed our rent without a notice. This company is plain shady. The manger pasty is rude. They don’t like owning up to their mistakes. Whatever you do don’t move here!
GVA is a horrible company New management came in and that’s when we started having problems. Previous management was great never had issues. GVA is very shady and they will make changes without your permission. They checked my wife’s credit without permission and they don’t give notices when they make changes. Don’t move here as soon as our contract is done we are out of here!!
Did we make a mistake? Beautiful outside but the inside is a bit dated. Our biggest issue right now is the AC which is important since we reach the 100s in EP. Cools most of the apartment but the air doesn't blow in the rooms. Maintenance and management didn't find anything wrong and tried to help as much as they can. It's still hot in my room. Don’t give a reason for leaving Note to self don’t give them a reason as to why you aren’t renewing your lease. I told them I was moving back in with my parents cause I am going to get a house. They put on my final account statement the reason for leaving “financial problems” don’t know how moving back with my parents means I have financial problems.
