Never stay here This place sucks and the price for everything is outrageous, once you live there the price steadily goes up
DO NOT STAY HERE Management is terrible, rent goes up once constantly, they try and get every dollar they can from you even after your lease is ended, paper thin walls along with you never being able to reach the main office, very rude and do not work with there tenants at all, save your money and do not stay here
Verified Renter The property has gone downhill in maintenance, friends and family noticed it. people buy the property and it worse each time, when the water was turned off so the landscaping died off, I knew what type of company I was dealing with.

BEWARE! Dont move here This place is disgusting. It is not safe. This place is right off the freeway and has no security cameras installed. My car was broken into last week.. I went for a walk in the park behind the complex and when I tried re-entering a homeless man was blocking the gate from the inside. I tried asking him if he could move over but he was incoherent. Verified Renter I would not recommend moving here. There was recently a murder here, my neighbors are drug dealers, maintenance and office staff are very slow to respond. The units are old, run down. They say they have 3 pools, but even if we could use the third pool across the street it has never been open since I moved in, even before covid. At the end of 2019 a fire gutted out several apartments. They haven't fixed them yet.
Terrible They never answer the phone, never get what you need fixed, and now they are implement a “reserved parking space” when they should be having “police” or “tow company’s” patrolling for cars that aren’t registered with them. They always find ways to force you to pay more, they charge you and extras 25 dollars to pay your rent electronically and don’t give you any other options. This place is a joke.
They don’t care about the residents here Moved in and right away I receive an email saying there wont be any maintenance available until they hire new staff. um...ok. unexpected water shut offs, today I woke up to an email saying there will be no running water until??? still waiting to hear back. it’s 12pm now and I haven’t even been able to brush my teeth. there is no trash room, you have to walk your trash to the dumpster outside and you will still be charged a trash fee. lol it’s actually pretty sad. the apartment looks c... read more

It's spacious at least My experiences haven't been as bad as the 7/15/20 commenter but my smoke alarm *has* turned on (almost) randomly on occasion.. Usually when cooking and only for a second. I was told I had to pay for electric but water was included.. only problem is water isn't included. The apartments are super spacious, but the appliances in the kitchen aren't nearly what you would expect, and the other tenants are pretty bad about picking up after their dogs. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE! FALSE PROMISES AND UNRELIABLE LEASING STAFF Been here for one month now and it has been the absolute WORST decision made! False promises, zero follow ups, fake staff. The property is collecting rent and generating revenue so why are we still living in a dump! I have had multiple discussions over phone calls over 40-50min long and several emails.
